Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

• Allow 5-7 business days for order updates and communication. We are a small business juggling two locations. Shopping small is awesome and we appreciate it SO MUCH but please be patient. We are not amazon :) 
• $9 Flat rate shipping in the U.S.
• All orders are processed and shipped from our Durant location which is open Wednesday-Saturday. For order questions call (580) 745-5884. Orders placed after 12 p.m. central on Friday will not ship until the following week.
• If we receive rude correspondence or comments prior to your order being shipped we will automatically cancel your order and any future orders. We reserve the right to refuse business. 
• once orders are placed they CANNOT BE CANCELLED. 

Online return policy

 WLTC’s online return policy is 10 days from the day the item is shipped with tags intact, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as it was received regular priced items only. Recipient must contact the store within 3 days. The item must be mailed PRIOR to the 10 day deadline and RECEIVED in said 10 day deadline.  ***Store credit or exchange only*** If the shipping is paid by the seller, the cost of shipping will not be refunded in the event of a return. No refunds or credits will be issued until merchandise is received in store and inspected. ANY sale or flash sale items are FINAL SALE.  Jewelry, accessories,  cosmetics, footwear, & home decor cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
